What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home care including sick visits, IV hydration, weight loss management, and aesthetic services
- Partner with patients to support their wellness journey and long-term health goals
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a concierge setting
- Work independently while being supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking team
- Leadership for the city and team

About You:
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required. We are unable to consider other licensure types at this time
- Confident in delivering care across wellness, weight management, IV therapy, and aesthetics (training available for the right candidate)
- Professional, compassionate, and motivated to deliver a concierge-level experience
