IS CLINIC CONCIEGE OPEN ON HOLIDAYS?
Yes! We are open on holidays. Patients will be charged an additional $50 fee that goes directly to the provider.
These holidays are eligible for the service fee:
- New Year’s Day
- New Year’s Eve
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day (Sunday before and Monday)
- 4th of July
- Easter Sunday
CAN YOU TREAT MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS IN A SINGLE VISIT?
Yes! There will be an additional fee of $50 for any added full sick visit assessments/treatments per patient and prices vary for other visit types. Please ask your provider at the time of booking for additional information.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS?
Yes, when we have availability! We reserve numerous time slots for same day appointments.
DOES CLINIC CONCIERGE TREAT PEDIATRICS?
Yes! All Clinic Concierge team members can treat the whole family.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open seven days a week and hours vary by day and by city.
Additional availability outside these hours is possible upon request and based on demand. We are committed to accommodating your schedule and can arrange appointments beyond regular hours to meet your specific needs.

We offer cash-pay healthcare. This can be paid for with an HSA, FSA, Debit or Credit Card.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
- Before your appointment, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to do:
- New Patient Intake Form:
- Look out for an email containing a New Patient intake form with general treatment consents. This form is standard for all first-time patients.
- Specific Treatment Forms:
- Additionally, you’ll receive an intake form and consent specific to the treatment or type of visit you’ve selected. These forms will also be sent via email.
- Complete Forms in Advance:
- To streamline your visit, kindly complete all the provided forms before your appointment. This allows your provider to adequately plan for your visit and address your specific needs.
- Scheduled Appointment Time:
- Your provider will arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready for their arrival.
- By completing the necessary forms in advance, you contribute to a more efficient and personalized experience during your appointment. WHAT IF I NEED TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM?

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPLIES OR HAVE ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
No. Just sit back and relax in the comfort and convenience of your own home or office.
HOW LONG DO APPOINTMENTS TAKE?
In-home appointments typically take 15-60 minutes depending on any necessary tests or treatments like IVs or injections.
WHAT IS THE BEST IV FOR ME TO DO FOR MY FIRST TIME?
For your first IV experience, our approach is completely personalized to ensure it meets your specific needs. Your healthcare provider will engage in a detailed discussion about your current symptoms, overall wellness goals, and any specific concerns you may have. Based on this assessment, a tailored IV plan will be created just for you.
I DO NOT LIVE IN ONE OF YOUR SERVICE AREAS BUT AM INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICES. IS THERE ANTYING I CAN DO?
If we are in your city but not in your zip code, please contact your local provider. Often times, we are able to coordinate a time with our providers. Additional travel fees may apply.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. If you cancel your appointment the same day, you will be charges 50% of your concierge fee.
WILL MY APPOINTMENT START ON TIME?
We always do our best to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. If your provider is running behind, they will contact you to keep you up to date on their arrival.
