After you’ve booked, you will receive forms to complete via e-mail along with confirmation of your appointment.

Cost
Each appointment consists of two costs:
Concierge Fee: The concierge fee is the cost of having one of our team members come to your home and offer consultations. This fee will vary by the type of visit.
Service Fees: The costs for services provided during your appointment, such as a flu test, Botox, or any other service, are clearly outlined on our price page for transparency.

At the time of your appointment, your Clinic Concierge provider will bring absolutely everything they need.

Follow Up
Within a few days of your appointment, a Clinic Concierge representative will be in touch to see how you’re doing.
