Our complimentary wellness visits take place at our Dallas clinic. Each visit begins with a conversation to understand your health goals and what you hope to gain from the consultation. From there, we typically perform a blood draw and a body composition scan, followed by a review of your initial results and a discussion of recommended next steps. You’ll leave with a clear, easy-to-understand report that takes the guesswork out of your wellness journey.
We recommend taking a few days before your visit to reflect on your health goals and areas for improvement. Consider where you’d like to be physically in the next 5–10 years and any current concerns, such as fatigue, brain fog or sex drive. Plan to complete fasting bloodwork during your appointment. Be sure to fast for 8 to 12 hours beforehand for the most accurate results.
You’re part of a select group with exclusive access to the wellness visit at no cost when the appointment is conducted before October 31st, 2025. If you choose to move forward with bloodwork, there may be associated lab fees, which we’ll review with you before any testing is done.
On November 1st, these appointments will be $200.
